HOW AND WHEN CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

At Saella we have strict quality standards and we test all jewelry models before they become part of our collections; therefore, we try to ensure that you do not have to make any returns. But we know that this can happen, and if it does we will do our best to improve.

*Due to COVID-19 we have had to adapt, so we are not accepting changes, but we are accepting returns of products with a defect.

We detail the process:
We accept returns for defects within 48 hours of delivery of the order. Returns will not be accepted after this time.
To proceed, contact info@saella.com.pe or WhatsApp (+51) 974-360-377 to coordinate the delivery of the product.
Once the product is received, we will review it and ensure that it is in perfect condition (same condition as received) and the defect for which the return is being made*. Due to Covid-19, this process can last up to 3 days since it has to go through a disinfection process that is safe to review.
After verifying that everything is in order, we will proceed to notify you and make the change or issue of a Gift Card for the amount paid with 30 days of validity.
 

*We reserve the right to receive jewelry(s) if they are in obvious poor condition.
*Delivery must be made with the original ticket and packaging.
*The change must be made for an amount equal to or greater than the amount paid, no cash refunds will be made.
*The customer is responsible for the delivery and pick-up of the returned product or the product for which the exchange is desired.
